 I am doing my commercial on Contigo Travel Mugs. In these commercials, the audience normally sees people on the go with their bottles, making traveling with liquids easier. 

  • They wear attire that is representative of different activities and parts of everyday life.

 

  •  Props include the Contigo appliances, backpacks, and other on the go necessities.

 

  • Their normally occupied with daily activities; however, given the bottles portability they always have access to desired liquids.

 

  • The pace is upbeat to show consumers that the Contigo bottle can keep up with life’s thrilling tasks.

 

1.     Conventions and codes in Contigo commercials include the logo, added with the design of that particular bottle.

 

2.     In the commercial the props are always angled to show the Contigo logo to let the audience know it’s a Contigo commercial before stating the name clearly. The commercial often includes pathos- showing everyday people and how the product is of help to them. This makes they everyday consumer know it can work for them as it works for the everyday people in the commercial.
